MAXI-TIP
1 is manufactured from abrasion resistant
TPU resins for stability and toughness. Life spans of 4-6 times that of similar plastic scrapers have
been reported. Moderate Flexibility
also allows easy assembly on trough angles, V-Plows and “arc” mounts.
(MT2)
MAXI-TIP 2 scraper is used when applications
require greater rigidity and stiffness. This scraper is excellent for pulley
cleaning, heavy product plowing and general applications.
(MTDD) Dual Durometer scraper is a co-extrusion with a rigid
base for mounting and a soft, flexible tip all in one piece. The larger base allows for direct mounting
to cross supports and frames, where a Blade Holder cannot be installed.

BLADE HOLDER is a 6005-T6 Clear Anodized Aluminum
Extrusion which keeps Maxi-Tip and Maxi-Tip II scrapers properly oriented to the
work area. It maintains constant, even
pressure over the blades entire length.
Blade Holder helps keep your conveyor clean, neat and sanitary.
